I have an issue relatively the same as Arthur. I have tried again many times and I keep getting this error. I really need to get this problem fixed with my email.

This is the message I get after trying to verify my email:

There's a temporary problem

There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later.

To be able to post this comment I had to change my email to a new one and change from the one I have to be working with.

Could you please help me too? How can I send you my affected email address privately?

I too am having an issue with one of my end-user's account.  I have cleared the cache on all web browsers (Google Chrome, IE 10, and Firefox).  I am getting the following error:

"There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later"

Let me find a solution for you on your issue with regard on getting that error message when accessing an account in Outlook.com.

Allow me to ask some questions for us to come up with a right solution. What exactly they are trying to access when getting an error message? Are they trying to open an individual email, access a calendar? Have you made any changes on the account?

As an initial troubleshooting step, I advise you to check the status of the account by going to this link.

Make sure also that you are using a browser supported by Outlook.com. You can refer to this link for your reference.

Which browsers are supported by SkyDrive, People and Outlook.com?

I am having the same problem. I have tried 2 different computers and need to access my account.

My error message is:
